DOCTRINAL STATEMENT
THE HOLY SCRIPTURES
God has preserved His Word The entire Bible, both Old and New Testaments throughout allages. And His Word is inerrant, infallible and God-breathed, The Bible is the very Word of God, the final authority for faith and life. The Bible is preserved for the English speaking people in the KJV. (II Tim. 3:16,17; II Pet. 1:20,21; Mt. 5:18; Jn. 16:12,13, Ps. 12:6,7; 119:89)
THE GODHEAD
God the only one true & eternally existing in three distinct persons – Father, Son and Holy Spirit – co-eternal in being, co-identical in nature, co-equal in power and glory and having the same divine nature and attributes, and is totally worthy of our worship and service (Deut. 6:4; Matt. 28:19; John 1:14; John 10:30; II Cor. 13:14). And God created everything in seven 24 hour days Genesis 1; Colossians 1:16. There is coming a time when God will judge the world of sin, righteousness and judgment. Rom. 14:10.
THE PERSON AND WORK OF CHRIST
The deity of the Lord Jesus Christ - the Lord Jesus Christ is the eternal only begotten Son of God, who became man without ceasing to be God. Jesus was miraculously conceived by the Holy Spirit; born of the Virgin Mary;. in order that He might reveal God, redeem sinful men, and forever continues true God and true man. (Jn. 1:1,2,14; Mt. 1:21; Lk. 1:35) The Lord Jesus Christ being sinless accomplished our redemption through His death on the cross as a
representative, substitutionary, all-sufficient atoning sacrifice; and, that our justification is made sure by His literal, physical resurrection from the dead after three days. (Rom. 3:24,25;4:24,25; I Pet. 1:3-5;2:24; Eph. 1:7; I Cor. 15:3,4) Christ arose from the grave and is now in heaven preparing a place for those who love and trust him. John 14:2,3. The Lord Jesus Christ physically ascended to heaven, and is now seated at the right hand of God the Father, serving as our High Priest fulfilling the ministry of a Representative, Intercessor, and Advocate.
(Acts1:9,10; Heb. 1:3;9:24;7:25; Rom. 8:34; I Jn. 2:1,2) The Lord Jesus will return in the air to rapture at any time to take and claim His bride. He will later come again to earth in physical bodily form to conclude human history and consummate God’s eternal plan by executing judgment and ushering in His Millennial Kingdom reign (Heb. 9:28; 1 Thes. 4:13-18; 2 Thes. 2:7; Matt. 24:44; Rev. 19:11-21; Rev. 21-22). Math 25:13.
THE PERSON AND WORK OF THE HOLY SPIRIT
The Holy Spirit is the primary agent for the conviction of sin and for regeneration. He is the Supernatural Agent of regeneration, The Holy Spirit indwells the believer permanently and sealing them unto the day of redemption. (Jn. 16:8-11; II Cor. 3:6-8; I Cor. 12:12-14; Rom. 8:9; Eph.1:13,14; I Cor. 6:19) The Holy Spirit is the Divine Teacher who leads and guides believers into all truth. Gal 5, John 14:16-18; Rom. 8:11. (Jn. 16:13; I Jn. 2:20,27; Eph. 5:18). He also
convicts man of sin. Acts 7:51.
MAN
Man was created by God in the image and likeness of God and did not come into being as the result of evolution. Adam the first man disobeyed God, thus incurring both physical and spiritual death, which alienated him and his decedents from God. All men have sinned separating him from God and because of his sin he will be punished with death and eternal separation from God. Rom. 3:9-19,23, Rom. 5:8; Rom. 6:23, Rev. 20:15. Man as a sinner both in nature and practice, totally lost and in need of the conviction and regeneration ministry of the Holy Ghost. God has provided a way to bring man back to Himself. The way is found in the
work of Christ on the cross. John 14:6, Rom. 5:8. God desires that all men to be brought back to Himself. John 3:16. All men were born with an inherited sin nature received from our common ancestor, Adam, and that because of his nature, man is a sinner by choice, and he is totally incapable of reforming himself or ceasing from his sin by his own power. 2 Peter 3:9 God is not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance - a total change of heart and mind concerning his sinful condition and inability to change it, and a turning to Jesus Christ as the only Saviour. Acts 17:30. Acts 20:21 Testifying both to the Jews, and also to the Greeks, repentance toward God, and faith toward our Lord Jesus Christ.
Salvation is by grace through faith apart from any works. “But as many as received Him, to them gave He power to become the sounds of God, even to them that believe on His name” John 1:12. “For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved” Romans 10:13. Only through the substitutionary sacrifice of Christ on the Cross can a man be delivered from his sin. Salvation is the is the free gift of God, and is received by grace through faith. All those who reject Jesus Christ as their Saviour are already condemned to an eternity in the lake of fire
(Genesis 5:1-5; Acts 4:12; Acts 16:31; Romans 3:10-23; Romans 5:6-12; Romans 6:23; Romans 10:9-10; Ephesians 2:8-9; Titus 3:5-6; Revelation 20:11-14). Upon physical death Man will live forever in either heaven or hell. Rev. 20:12-15; Rev. 21.
SATAN
Satan is a created spirit being, the instigator of evil not simply the personification of evil. He is a fallen angel and the author of sin. Satan is under the sovereign permission of God, has been given temporary rulership of the earth until after the Millennial Kingdom when he will be cast into the eternal lake of fire. (Gen. 3:1-5; Isa. 14:12-17; Ezek. 28:11-19; Job 1-2; 1 John 5:19; 2 Cor. 11:14;1 Tim. 3:6; 1 Pet. 5:8-9; James 4:7; Rev. 12:9, Rev. 20:1-3, Rev. 7-10). Satan the
enemy of Christ and the father of all lies, is in the world today tempting the Christian and deceiving the World. 2 Cor. 4:4; 1 Peter 5:8.
SALVATION
Salvation is the gift of God brought to man by grace and received by personal faith in the Lord Jesus Christ, who shed His precious blood on Calvary and rose again on the third day that our sins might be forgiven, and that we might have eternal life. Rom. 3:9-19,23, Rom. 5:8; Rom. 6:23, Rev. 20:15. Man as a sinner both in nature and practice, totally lost and in need of the conviction and regeneration ministry of the Holy Ghost. God has provided a way to bring man back to Himself. The way is found in the work of Christ on the cross. All those who reject Jesus Christ as their Saviour are already condemned to an eternity in the lake of fire (Genesis 5:1-5; Acts 4:12; Acts 16:31; Romans 3:10-23; Romans 5:6-12; Romans 6:23; Romans 10:9-10; Ephesians 2:8-9; Titus 3:5-6; Revelation 20:11-14). Upon physical death Man will live forever in either heaven or hell. Rev. 20:12-15; Rev. 21.
THE ETERNAL SECURITY AND ASSURANCE OF BELIEVERS
All the redeemed are secure in Christ forever and can never loose there salvation. (Jn. 6:37- 49;10:27-30;Rom. 8:1,38,39; I Cor. 1:4-8; I Pet. 1:5; II Tim. 1:12) God’s Word clearly forbids the use of Christian liberty as an occasion to the flesh. (Rom. 13:13,14; Gal.5:13; Titus 2:11-15) Christians should live in a way not to bring a reproach upon their Savior; and, that separation from religious apostasy, sinful pleasures, practices, and association is commanded by God. (II
Tim. 3:1-5; Rom.12:1,2;14:13; I Jn. 2:15-17; II Jn. 9,11; II Cor. 6:14-7:1; Eph. 5:7-11). Marriage is a wonderful gift of God, expressed between one man and one woman (as genetically defined)(Genesis 2:24-25; Matthew 19:4-6; 1 Corinthians 7:3-5; Hebrews 13:4).Therefore any other form of sexual intimacy is immoral and a perversion of God’s gift (Leviticus 18:1-30; Proverbs6:32; 1 Corinthians 6:18; Romans 1:26-27; 1 Thessalonians 4:3-8.
MISSIONS
It is the mandatory obligation of the saved to obey our Lord’s commandment in Mathew 28 to witness to the lost and by making-disciples of believers as we proclaim the Gospel to all mankind. (II Tim. 3:1-5; Rom. 12:1,2;14:13; I Jn. 2:15-17; II Jn. 9,11; II Cor.6:14-7:1; Eph. 5:7-11) God has commanded the church to proclaim the message of the Gospel. This includes local and foreign missions. Matt. 28:18-19; Acts. 1:8.
THE MINISTRY AND SPIRITUAL GIFTS
God’s gifts of evangelists, bishops, and teachers are given for the perfecting of saints today in the visible local New Testament Church. Gifts, such as faith, ministry, teaching, exhortation, giving, ruling, and mercy also functional in the Church. (Rom. 12:3-8; I Cor. 12:4-11,27-31; 13:8-10; II Cor. 12:12; Eph.4:7-12; Mk. 16:20; Heb. 2:3,4) The biblical offices are restricted to biblically qualified men (1 Timothy 2:12; 3:1-7; Titus 1:5-9.
THE CHURCH
The Church, a spiritual organism and the establishment of local churches is taught and defined in the New Testament Scriptures.. (Acts14:27;20:17,28-32; I Tim. 3:1-13; Titus 1:5-11), the autonomous local church free of any external authority or control. (Acts 13:1-4;15:19- 31;20:28;Rom. 16:1,4; I Cor. 3:9,16;5:4-7,13; I Pet. 5:1-4) The ordinances of believer’s water baptism (identify with Christ – not for salvation) and the Lord’s Supper as a scriptural means of testimony for-the Church in this age. (Mt. 28:19,20; Acts 2:41,42;18:8; I Cor. 11:23-26) Christians are to be encouraged to unite with a Bible-believing church, accepting those practices which are based on a sincere interpretation of the Bible. The purpose of the church is
to make Christ known to lost men and to make disciples, and glorify God on earth (Acts 1:8; 1 Cor. 12:12-27; Eph. 1:20-23, Eph. 4:1-6, Eph. 4:12-16; Matt. 28:18-20; John 17; Col. 1:24-29).
THE SECOND ADVENT OF CHRIST
The “Blessed Hope,” the personal, imminent, pre-tribulation and premillennial coming of the Lord Jesus Christ for His redeemed ones; and in His subsequent return to earth, with His saints, to establish His Millennial Kingdom. (Zech. 14:4-11; Rev. 19:11-16;20:1-6; I Th. 1:10;4:13-18;5:9; Rev. 3:10)
THE ETERNAL STATE
The bodily resurrection of all men; the saved to eternal life, and the unsaved to judgment to be sentenced to everlasting punishment. (Mt. 25:46; Jn. 5:28,29;11:25,26; Rev. 20:5,6,12,13) The souls of the redeemed, at death, are absent from the body and present with the Lord awaiting their resurrection whereupon soul and body reunited with Him forever in glory. (Lk.
23:43; Rev. 20:4-6; II Cor. 5:8; Phil. 1:23;3:20,21; I Th. 4:16,17) But the souls of the unbelieving remain after death conscious of condemnation in hell and in misery until the second resurrection when the soul and body are reunited. They shall appear at the Great White Throne Judgment and shall be cast into the Lake of Fire, not to be annihilate but to suffer everlasting conscious punishment. (Lk. 16:19-26; Mt. 25:41-46; II Th. 1:7-9; Jude 6,7; Mk. 9:43-
48; Rev.20:11-15).

TESTIMONY:
Growing up in the backwoods boondocks of the state of Missouri…we were extremely poor…but lead a wholesome hardworking life.
When still very young boy we went to small country Baptist Church and as I was growing up we went to special occasion like VBS's etc, but nothing consistent…even though I heard the gospel many times ~ I never repented and accepted Jesus Christ
as my savior by faith until many years later at the age of 22.
My sister Joett (a preachers wife now for 30+ years with two boys and two grandchildren) was saved at the age of 17…and then went onto Fellowship Baptist College – where her and her roommate began to pray for me each day.
When returning home for summer she asked me to take her to church because she had no car…but I had to stay for church and not just drop her off… so for a full month I attended every church and special services at Bible Baptist
Temple where pastor Gary Williams witnessed to me through preaching and one on one.
– until one Wednesday night on May 29, 1985 the pastors son in law and daughter invited my sister and I to their home after Wednesday night services… where he opened the Bible and he witnessed to me and I repented and put my faith
and trust in Jesus. Under conviction of sin and a knowing the good news of His sinless life, death for my sin, and resurrection for salvation and it was as if a burdened of sin, guilt, and heaviness was lifted from my heart, life, mind, spirit and
I was free! God saved me by His marvelous and wonderful Grace…and I was a NEW creature.
All I wanted to do was tell everyone about Jesus and His amazing Grace and Love and Salvation!
My pastor personally discipled me through the initial stages - and I was almost immediately baptized and joined the church.
Where I began to serve and grow.
Then I was further discipled by Don Babushack (who led me to the Lord) for about one year. After that year of discipleship I went to Fellowship Baptist College in Illinois to study the scriptures of God.
CALL TO SERVICE/MISSIONS:
*During my study at Fellowship Baptist College in Illinois during chapel services I surrendered to preach the gospel as a direct call from God on my life.
Mark 16:15 “And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the
gospel to every creature.”
Luke 24:45-47 “45…Then opened he their understanding, that they might
understand the scriptures, 46…And said unto them, This it is written, and thus it
beloved Christ to suffer, and to rise from the dead the third day: 47…And that
repentance and remission of sins should be preached in his name amount all
nations, beginning at Jerusalem.”
I Cor 9:16 “For though I preach the gospel, I have nothing to glory of: for necessity
is laid upon me; yea, woe is unto me, if I preach not the gospel!”
While serving in the bus ministry, visitation, Bible camp; Sunday school – I began to develop my personal philosophy of ministry – I went to the Scriptures and found an example from Paul that put into words what God had put into my heart:
And adopting the following scripture for my daily life’s philosophy in the ministry:
2nd Corinthians 12:15
“And I will very gladly spend and be spent for you;
though the more abundantly I love you,
the less I be loved.”
I have striven to do just that…spend all my resources, time and life serving God and others through His local New Testament Independent Baptist Church.
To this point – I’ve served a combined 30 years in the bus ministry and Children’s Church ministries…Also taught Sunday school, visitation twice a week, assisted at children’s and youth bible camps, did the announcements in my home church,
preached at churches and nursing home, witnessed door to door and to friends and family (some of which are saved and serving today).
Then I went onto Pensacola Christian College to continue studies and there I met Dr. Joe Davis, Pastor of Cross and Crown Baptist Church, where he invited me to visit and I joined and have been a member there for over 25 years.
I have served there over 25+ years as children's church preacher/director, bus captain and bus director, deacon, interim treasurer, Trustee, youth helper, I also ran the children’s bible camps, VBS's, future leaders today, bi-weekly discipleship,
attended our churches seminary classes, bus visitation on a weekly basis, special events, evangelistic events, as well as speaking at other churches, Bible camps and VBS's and taking missions trips on a regular basis. All while working a
full time secular job and running two small businesses that employed and supported men and youth in our church.
Over the years the Lord has blessed with hundreds of children (some adults) making professions of faith some of which are in the ministry while some others are serving God today!
By God’s grace using me in the children’s ministry at Bible Baptist Temple and Cross and Crown Baptist Church.
I love being with God’s people and preaching His Word…
Psalm 122:1 “I was glad when they said unto me,
Let us go into the house of the Lord.”
I truly enjoy visitation and tract distribution, door to door and inviting people
and especially underprivileged poor children to the church to hear the Word of
God and His salvation message for ALL…
I felt God’s calling me to evangelize children around the world. With a direct and specific calling to the people of the Philippines and especially the orphaned and street children.
Luke 14:21-23
So that servant came, and shewed his lord these things. Then the master of the
house being angry said to his servant, Go out quickly into the streets and lanes of
the city, and bring in hither the poor, and the maimed, and the halt, and the blind.
And the servant said, Lord, it is done as thou hast commanded, and yet there is
room. And the lord said unto the servant, Go out into the highways and hedges, and
compel them to come in, that my house may be filled.
PHILOSOPHY
2nd Corinthians 12:15
“And I will very gladly spend and be spent for you;
though the more abundantly I love you,
the less I be loved.”
So I have practiced that every week of my life since I have been saved. Now, While serving the Lord – He began working on my heart for many years regarding full-time service and the mission He has for me beyond what I have been doing for the past 25 years at Cross & Crown Baptist Church in Florida and at my home church for near 10 years at Bible Baptist Temple in Missouri….
After many years as Children’s Church Director ( preacher), Bus Director, Deacon and various other ministries at Cross Crown Baptist Church In Florida and Bus Captain, doing church announcements and various children’s camps and ministries At
Bible Baptist Temple in St. Joe, Missouri.
I felt God’s calling me to evangelize children around the world. With a direct and specific calling to the people of the Philippines and especially the orphaned and street children. Which is reported in the Philippines recently to be over 1.5 million!
Children Who are subjected daily to Human Trafficking. In the sex and labor markets – where they are abused and made slaves to deprived and sinful humans. Statistics also bare out that they are even snatched off the streets and their body organs are harvested and sold on the black markets around the world (of course they do not survive this torturous butchery.)
A report released by the United Nations agency International Labor Organization (ILO) and the international NGO, and the Walk Free Foundation, shows that they estimated that more than 40 million people were victims of modern slavery around the world in 2016. About 25% of those were children. (That’s 10 million children in slavery and bondage). Child Cybersex Trafficking Report (of the Philippines):
“Forced labor and sex trafficking of men, women, and children within the country remains a significant problem,” according to the 2017 state department report. So the Philippines has a significant problem and world wide some 10 million children are estimated to be in Child Sex Trafficking and Forced Labor!!!
I plan to reach as many as possible with the Gospel of Christ the LORD and savior. By God’s direct moving in my life - I have fully surrendered to God’s call on my life as a missionary to the Philippines.
To obey the Great Commission to evangelize children and adults, baptizing them and disciple & train them for His service and glory. To plant new churches and With an added focus on orphaned, abandoned or streets children…wherever He guides.
Romans 10:14-15, 17 “14…How then shall they call on him in whom they have
not believed? And how shall they believe in him of whom they have not heard?
And how shall they hear without a preacher?” 15A…And how shall they preach,
except they be sent?...17…”So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the
word of God.”
By God’s blessing and direction – I have been on several missions trips to several US states to help missionaries/pastors with new church plants. And I have gone abroad to the foreign fields like, Mexico, Ukraine, Peru and the
Philippines.
After two mission-survey trips to the Philippines the first the winter of 2017 for 2.5 weeks and recently Dec 2018-Jan 2019…for a month…
I believe the Lord will have me start full time missions work with local Independent fundamental Baptist churches and missionaries in the northern Island of Luzon – specifically the Olongapo and Subic Bay Area and Manila bible camps and VBS ministries.
Subic Bay Baptist church & Children's Home (orphanage), school and Seminary.
And Scripture Baptist Church in Olongapo (and several church plants in multiple locations.)
Planning to train men for church planting through Bible Baptist Seminary of the Philippines.
And during the summer months work at 2 Church Bible Camps in the Olongapo area (one in development stages) and with 5 more Baptist church camps in the Manila area.
I will be working with US missionaries, pastors and local indigenous Filipino Baptist church Pastors.
Main focus on Church planting ministries out of Local Ind. Fund. Baptist Churches/Missions – helping reach people with the gospel, discipleship, on-going training workshops, bible camps, seminary and church schools.
Winning, Baptizing Disciplining and training future local indigenous national missionaries and church pastors.
Seasonally Focusing on Church Family Bible camps for Children, Youth and Families.
Also teaching in Seminary, preaching at Local churches and conducting VBS’s, Bible Clubs, Feeding ministries (where the gospel is preached to orphans and street children. They receive a hearty healthy meal, genuine Christian Love and the
gospel.
This is effective with street children are living without a roof over their head and no
family to support them.
Just one success story whom I have been at his church and will assist in his local baptist church out reach to street children, a pastor who was a street kid himself. Was saved and Subic Bay Baptist Church and children's home took him in and trained him all the way through seminary. And now he is a pastor and has a thriving church and does feeding ministry outreach to at risk street children weekly.
I will also assist those new church plants started by local Filipino seminary trained men who are often wanting to not LOOK for a church…rather…START a church.
Plus doing in-home Bible studies – which are effective in the Philippines for discipleship and gospel message = witnessing to families at their home.
And door to door witnesses which often results in Bible studies and many other ministry opportunities abound.
Romans 1:8-12
8 “First, I thank my God through Jesus Christ for you all, that your faith is spoken
of throughout the whole world.
9 For God is my witness, whom I serve with my spirit in the gospel of his Son, that
without ceasing I make mention of you always in my prayers;
10 Making request, if by any means now at length I might have a prosperous
journey by the will of God to come unto you.
11 For I long to see you, that I may impart unto you some spiritual gift, to the end
ye may be established;
12 That is, that I may be comforted together with you by the mutual faith both of
you and me.”
